The family room we stayed in was massive, with a king-size bed plus a cozy sofa and another single bed! ! We all enjoyed the hot breakfast – they served these big, fat sausages that really hit the spot after a long day.

Prices were a bit steep, but still reasonable for what we got.

Although the staff were friendly and attentive, the lack of prior notification about the event was disappointing, especially after a long day at Thorpe Park. it was a mixed experience, where the ambiance and cleanliness were overshadowed by the disruption.

I had a pleasant experience in an Executive Double Room. The staff were accommodating, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the town center. The on-site Indian restaurant offered delicious meals without needing to venture out. the breakfast could use a bit more variety, as there were limited options available during my visit.
